Duties may incl
a the successful claims management, resolution agreement and timely out of court settlement of (2) financial claims against (3) existing pension funds providers in the sums in excess of gbp30m+
b legal fees remuneration on a strictly no win no fee basis, at 10% of final agreed, settled and paid amounts, where the final agreed settlements amounts must not be less than gbp 20m, your firm legal fee which would be fully inclusive of all expenses would be in the sum of gbp2m or higher, if a higher agreed settlement amount above gbp20m is agreed.
